Non-emergency maintenance must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance with MCS technology personnel.
A very small scale Fortis document management system is used to maintain records such as transcripts. The plan should be available for modification at any time. Selected vendors will be scheduled to demonstrate their systems on two consecutive days between January 5th and January 14th.

Head Start and Early Head Start programs will support the comprehensive development of children from birth to age five and their families through early care and education, health and family well-being services. Vendors should provide financial statements for the past two years including opinions of an outside accountant.
